When will my order ship?
- All orders placed before noon will be shipped on the same business day. Any shipping time frames exclude weekends or holidays.
- Our fulfillment center is located on the East Coast which means West Coast deliveries take more time. If you specifically need UPS Next Day or UPS Second Day shipping, please contact Customer Service.
- Please note that shipping times may vary depending on factors such as location, holidays or inclement weather.
How are my products shipped?
- Standard orders are shipped via the shipping service you choose at checkout. If you have any shipping limitations, please indicate at checkout in the special instructions box, what delivery restrictions may be required. Please include a daytime phone number and email address.
Do you offer free shipping?
- Free shipping may be offered from time to time on certain products or on orders exceeding a certain dollar value. We reserve the right to change these free shipping offers at any time. Free shipping will be limited to the contiguous US (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). Free shipping may exclude orders over 40 pounds. We reserve the right to make all determinations impacting any Free Shipping offers.

What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
- PRIDE+GROOM takes every precaution to ensure a safe and intact delivery of all items. In the unlikely event that you received a damaged item(s), please take a picture of the damaged item(s) and send an email to order@pridegroomnyc.com with your order number which should start with PGW-XXXX.
